Healing doesn’t erase the loss—it helps you rebuild around it.
Safe to Love
Our attachment style shapes how we connect, communicate, trust, and feel worthy of love. Safe to Love is a supportive therapy group focused on understanding attachment styles, identifying relationship patterns, and healing the emotional wounds that keep you stuck in anxiety, avoidance, people-pleasing, or fear of abandonment. Together, we’ll explore what secure attachment looks like and build tools for emotional regulation, boundaries, self-trust, and healthier connection. This group is about learning to love from a safer place—especially with yourself—so you can thrive in relationships with others.

I Am… is a supportive therapy group for people struggling with anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem. If you feel stuck in unhealthy beliefs, shame cycles, or patterns that keep you disconnected from your true worth, you are not alone. This group is a space for self-exploration, empowerment, and growth—surrounded by others who truly get it. Together, we’ll build insight, confidence, and self-acceptance while learning tools to challenge negative self-talk and strengthen identity. You are not broken. You are becoming yourself.
BORN THIS WAY
Do you feel uncertain about your sexual orientation or gender identity? Are you feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or isolated? Born This Way is an LGBTQ+ affirming therapy group focused on identity exploration, mental health, relationships, coming out, transitioning, and self-care. In a safe and supportive space, members will build insight, coping strategies, and confidence while connecting with others who share similar experiences. This group encourages empowerment, authenticity, and self-acceptance. You deserve support, belonging, and a community where you can show up as your full self.
