Beyond Loss is a supportive therapy group for individuals navigating grief and life after loss. Grief is not something you “get over”—it’s something you learn to carry. This group offers a safe space to process emotions, share your story, and feel understood without pressure to “move on.” Together, we’ll explore meaning-making, resilience, and how to integrate the love, lessons, and parts of what (and who) you lost into your life moving forward. Healing doesn’t erase the loss—it helps you rebuild around it.

Safe to Love is a supportive therapy group focused on understanding attachment styles, identifying relationship patterns, and healing the emotional wounds that keep you stuck in anxiety, avoidance, people-pleasing, or fear of abandonment. Our attachment style shapes how we connect, communicate, trust, and feel worthy of love. Together, we’ll explore what secure attachment looks like and build tools for emotional regulation, boundaries, self-trust, and healthier connection. Born This Way is a LGBTQ+ affirming therapy group focused on identity exploration, mental health, relationships, coming out, transitioning, and self-care.
