Alecia was my first experience with a therapist.  And I seriously struck gold. I am so grateful I was matched with her, because she was exactly what I needed at the time and we worked together for over 2 years. She is very attentive and asks great questions.  Insightful and  remembers and reflects upon everything you say. She is receptive to what you need in the moment yet can also direct the sessions in a productive way. I 100 percent recommend her!

I highly recommend counseling with Alecia. I have been seeing her for three years and I have never felt closer to my authentic self. She is an extremely attentive listener who clearly wants to help you work towards your personal goals and values.  She mindfully meets you where you are and helps you develop skills to navigate through struggles.  I think the thing about Alecia that I am most grateful for is her patience - she has never rushed me through feelings or reoccurring issues and continues to give me the time and space to draw meaningful connections at my own pace.  I have tried counseling with three other therapists, but never experienced the connection and growth that I have since working with Alecia.  If you are on the fence about therapy, I would strongly encourage you to try meeting with Alecia! Calming and relaxing environment! Alecia made me feel relaxed and comfortable right from the start.  There is no judgment!  She listens to every word I say no matter what.
