What types of people do you help with individual therapy or specialize in?
1
I primarily work with young adults and adults who are navigating:
Anxiety and overthinking
Depression and low motivation
Self-esteem and identity concerns
Relationship patterns and attachment struggles
Life transitions and feeling “stuck”
Healing from unhealthy or emotionally complex relationships
Grief
Many of my clients are new to therapy or are beginning to explore themselves on a deeper level. My approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on helping you better understand yourself while building practical tools for change.
How do I know if I’ve found the right therapist?

A good fit is one of the most important parts of therapy. You should feel comfortable, understood, and supported—but also gently challenged to grow.
It’s okay if you don’t know right away. I always encourage clients to notice how they feel after the first few sessions:
Do you feel heard and respected?
Do you feel safe being honest?
Do you feel like your therapist “gets” you?
If the answer is yes, you’re likely in the right place.
What’s the process once I contact you to express interest in therapy?

Once you reach out, here’s what you can expect:
Initial Response: I’ll get back to you with next steps and answer any questions you have.
Consultation (optional): We can schedule a brief call to make sure it feels like a good fit.
Intake & Scheduling: You’ll complete some simple intake forms and we’ll schedule your first session.
First Session: We’ll talk about what brought you in, your goals, and how I can best support you.
From there, we move at your pace and begin the work together.

Will I get the same benefits from virtual therapy as
in-person?
How does virtual therapy work and what, if any, software do I need?
This depends on your goals, needs, and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy. Some clients come for short-term support around a specific issue, while others choose ongoing therapy for deeper growth and long-term change.
We’ll talk about this together in your initial sessions and create a plan that feels right for you. Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all—it’s collaborative and flexible.
Yes— virtual therapy can be just as effective as in-person therapy for many concerns. Many clients actually find it easier to open up when they’re in a familiar, comfortable environment.
What matters most is the connection you feel with your therapist, and that can absolutely be built through virtual sessions.
Virtual therapy sessions are conducted using a secure, private meeting link. Once your appointment is scheduled, you’ll receive a link along with a unique meeting code—only invited clients are able to join.
You don’t need to download anything complicated. All you need is a reliable internet connection, a device with a camera and audio, and a quiet, private space where you feel comfortable talking openly.
