You don't have to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. Many of our clients come in feeling "not bad enough" and discover that what they were carrying was heavier than they realized. Therapy isn't reserved for rock-bottom moments. It's for anyone who wants to understand themselves better, manage stress more effectively, or simply stop feeling stuck. If you've been thinking about it, that's usually reason enough to try it.
What kinds of issues do your therapists specialize in? Our therapists work with adults and young adults navigating:
Anxiety, overthinking, and chronic worry
Low self-esteem and self-worth
People-pleasing and difficulty setting boundaries
Relationship patterns and attachment struggles
Depression and low motivation
Stress and burnout
Life transitions - career shifts, relationship changes, identity questions
We especially enjoy working with clients who are new to therapy and those who have spent a long time putting others' needs ahead of their own.

The therapeutic relationship is one of the most important factors in therapy working well. Pay attention to how you feel after your first one or two sessions: Do you feel heard and respected? Does the space feel safe and nonjudgmental? Are you comfortable being honest? If yes, you're likely in the right place. If something feels off, it's okay to say so. A good therapist welcomes that conversation.
-
We hear this often, and we take it seriously. Not every therapist is the right fit for every person. Our approach is warm, collaborative, and genuinely client-centered meaning we move at your pace, and your comfort always matters. If something isn't working, we want to know. Therapy should feel supportive, not like something you're enduring.
-
It's simple:
Reach out via the contact form or by phone/email
We'll respond with next steps and answer any initial questions
We'll schedule a free consultation call to make sure it's a good fit
You'll complete brief intake forms and we'll schedule your first session
From there, we begin at whatever pace feels right for you.
-
The first session is mostly about getting to know each other. We'll talk about what brought you in, what you're hoping for, and a bit about your history and current life. There's no pressure to share more than you're comfortable with. Think of it as a conversation, not an interview.
-
It depends on your goals and needs. Some clients come for a focused period of 8–12 sessions around a specific goal. Others benefit from longer-term support as they work through deeper patterns. We'll talk about this together and build a plan that fits your life. Therapy is collaborative - you're always part of that conversation.
-
